I ordered your E-book on Purging A Boiler & Relief Valves, I found
this very helpful and it saved me $$$ not having to call a service person
for this rather simple task of purging my one zone pipe system.
I know enough to call for help when I need it, but this I could do
myself!

I did it! I cleaned my Furnace. I replaced all the parts you sent
me and everything is working fine!
I live in California and service technicians are hard to come by! Your
E-books and help in ordering parts is sooo great!

I live in Alaska. No one around here knows anything about Miller
Furnaces! Your E-book solved my problem and I will be ordering parts real
soon to have on hand!

Although you e-books go into details I do not wish to dive into
with furnace repairs, they did inform me of what a cleaning is supposed
to be by my technician and I learned how to change my oil filter myself,
and bleed a burner. I just wanted to let you know I appreciated your fast
service and helpful information!

I use Hotmail for my e-mails and they would not allow me to accept
your PDF files you sent. Your on-line help people, sent me a website link
that I was able to download and save the files to my hard drive from. This
worked and I am so grateful for your service and wonderful E-books. So
much information for $9.99.

Just a note to let ya know that your Miller CMF ebook and service
manual was a big help in helping me solve my furnace problem inexpensively
and quickly.
I ended up buying a cad flame sensor and primary control unit locally
which effectively brought my 11 year old mobile home furnace back to reliable
service.
Glad to see that a fellow Mainer has such a helpful site. Gotta love
that Internet.
